No Refund Policy

All course fees, registration charges, and other payments made to Orbizone Academy are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a student:

• Completes the payment
• Confirms admission
• Gets access to classes, LMS, or course materials

then the payment cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted.

Important Terms

• No refund will be issued if the student leaves the course in the middle.
• No refund will be provided for absence, personal issues, lack of interest, or schedule conflicts.
• Fees paid for online or physical classes are final.
• Students are advised to attend a demo/free class before admission confirmation.
• In case of misconduct, policy violation, or illegal activity, the academy reserves the right to cancel admission without refund.

Course Access

Students receive access to digital learning materials, instructor support, and training resources immediately after enrollment. Therefore, all payments are treated as final.
